A seagull species, these birds were seen by the hundreds on the high rock outcroppings of the Kenai Fjords.

We first spotted the grizzlies in this valley in Denali National Park. The white coat of the mamma bear is that light spot almost in the center of the picture.

We were lucky enough to see Mt. McKinley three days in a row. This shot is through the window of a train nearing Anchorage.
